Recipe – Guilt Free Bagels

Miss eating bagels because they are too high in calories and carbohydrates? Well, have no fear because these are so easy to make and taste so good, you will forget about bagels from a bagel shop!

2 Ingredient Guilt Free Bagels

Makes 4 bagels in this recipe

1C self rising flour (mix 1C flour with 1 ½ tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp salt)

1C greek nonfat yogurt, plain


1 egg

Everything bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 375

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the flour and yogurt in a bowl, knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 4 balls.

Roll out each ball into a rope and pinch the ends together to form a circle. 

Brush on egg if desired and sprinkle with seasoning. (You can just use sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced garlic, etc to season your bagel). 

Bake for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, increase temperature of the oven to 450, put back in for 3-4 minutes so it’s nice and brown. There you have it, delicious guilt free bagels.
